Following a PhD in endocrinology Karen went on to work for the Medicines Control Agency before moving into medical communications and public relations. She has worked for several agencies and moved via the editorial route onto Account Direction with responsibility for key pharma clients, international product marketing programmes and business generation.
Having worked with the pharmaceutical industry and with communications agencies for many years, we believe we know what works and what doesn’t. We also understand the needs of our customers and the pressures on them to meet targets and deliver results on time and within budget.

Paul originally trained as a carpenter and joiner. He spent 20 years in exhibition build and production management for both pharma and non-pharma clients. He went on to be the Exhibition and Events Manager for an agency where he successfully managed both small and large events, including major product launches, and won the first exhibition stand project for that agency.
